Join XMPP Chat on xmpp.party

Follow these simple steps to join the XMPP chatrooms on xmpp.party using the Gajim client:

1. Download and install Gajim on your device.
2. Open Gajim and set up your XMPP account using in-band registration, or use an account from another XMPP server.
3. Once your account is set up, click on the "Accounts" dropdown.
4. In the "Accounts" dropdown, select "Discover Services", enter xmpp.party in the "Address" field.
5. Look for the "Chatrooms" section in the list of services.
6. Click on the "Chatrooms" entry.
7. Click "Browse" and find the room named "public" which will have a JID of public@chat.xmpp.party then click "Join".

If you prefer a web-based chat interface, you can also join the chatroom using our webchat. No installation is required, simply click the link and choose a nickname to join the conversation.

That's it! You should now be connected to the chatroom on xmpp.party. Enjoy chatting!

Please note that most rooms/public chats are not encrypted. Please use OMEMO or OTR with your contacts directly for secure communications.
